Description

Instructions

  1. Warm the water slightly (not boiling—just warm to touch).
  2. Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, grated ginger, and cayenne.
  3. Stir well to blend. Add honey if desired for taste.
  4. Drink immediately—preferably first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or 20 minutes before a meal.
