Ingredients

- 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp glucomannan powder
- Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
- 1/4 tsp Ceylon cinnamon (optional)
- 8 oz warm water (not boiling)
Instructions
- Pour 8 oz of warm water into a glass.
- Add 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar.
- Mix in 1/2 tsp glucomannan powder.
- Squeeze in the juice of 1/2 lemon.
- Optional: Stir in 1/4 tsp Ceylon cinnamon for extra blood sugar support.
- Stir well until fully combined.
- Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
- Optional: Repeat before dinner if desired.
Notes
Start with smaller quantities if you’re new to these ingredients. Drink immediately after mixing to prevent thickening.
