Ingredients

- 1 handful fresh lemon balm leaves (or 1 lemon balm tea bag)
- 1–2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup (8 oz) warm water
- Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey
- Optional: 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Boil water and steep lemon balm leaves or tea bag for 5–7 minutes.
- Let the tea cool slightly to a warm temperature.
- Add 1–2 tablespoons of fresh-squeezed lemon juice.
- Optional: Stir in honey or apple cider vinegar to taste.
- Stir well and sip slowly while warm.
Notes
Best consumed in the morning on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before meals. Avoid lemon juice at night. For evening use, drink lemon balm tea alone to promote sleep and hormonal balance.
